This vest runs small. We recommend ordering one size up from your usual size, or two sizes up if you plan to wear it over a thick sweater or hoodie. Unisex fit.

How do I turn it on?
Connect the vest's USB cable to a charged power bank and tuck it into the inner pocket. Press and hold the power button to switch on, then press to change heat level. The light color shows the level.
How long does it stay warm?
It depends on your power bank's size and the heat level you use. Bigger power banks and lower settings last longer.
Can I wash it?
Unplug and remove the power bank first. Hand wash gently in cool water, do not wring or tumble dry, and let it air-dry completely before using it again.
When will it arrive?
Free tracked shipping, typically 7–12 business days. Order by December 8 for delivery before Christmas.
What if it doesn't fit or arrives damaged?
Email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll help with an exchange or make it right.
